A fun, vibrant class led by our resident cirque expert. Your performer will explore coordination, balance, skills and aerial silk and hoop while working on acro skills and cirque performance.
It is advisable to wear shorts and a tshirt or Dancewest leotard to class and to bring water. You may not particpate in skirt, tights or dresses this is to ensure safety on the rig.
This is an independant class taught at our Barnhill Farm Studios by a qualfiied expert in Aerial skills.
Please read carefully through the T&Cs when signing up, we would encourage you to book a 2week trial to ensure this class is right for you. Space are extremely limited in this very popular style.
