A fun vibrant class, no experience necessary, where participants learn acro, balance, coordination and aerial hoop/silk tricks and skills.
Led by our resident cirque performance expert this class builds at the individuals pace allowing them to explore the skills while building confidence and making new friends.
Dancers must wear shorts and tshirt or leotard for safety on the apparatus. Please bring water to class.
